Finance reporting
Stop manually gathering data from multiple systems and spreadsheets.
No implementation fee. Up to 90 days of free use after agreed go-live. Decide whether to continue.
Selective, fixed scope and available to eligible Australian businesses.
Your finance team should not have to spend hours every week preparing reports, reconciling information or transferring data between systems.
Ordron builds automation around the systems your business already uses.
Through the Founding Partner Program, selected Australian businesses can experience custom finance automation without paying an upfront implementation fee.
We agree on one workflow, build the solution, then provide up to 90 days of free use from the agreed go-live date. Continue on the pre-agreed monthly retainer if the automation delivers the value you need. If not, there is no obligation to continue.

Connect the financial and operational platforms your business already uses.
These are examples, not guaranteed services under every pilot. Eligibility depends on technical feasibility, delivery capacity and the agreed scope.
Implementation and evaluation are separate. The free-use period starts after the agreed workflow is live and accepted.

We meet for 30 minutes to determine whether the problem is suitable for a fixed-scope pilot.
We define the workflow, success criteria, support arrangements, evaluation period and future retainer before work begins.
Ordron implements the approved solution at no setup fee. The agreed free-use period begins only after go-live acceptance.
Implementation

Evaluation
Up to 90 days of free use after go-live
Continue on the monthly retainer agreed before implementation, or decline further service.
Businesses often know their processes are inefficient. It is harder to picture how much better those processes could work.
The Founding Partner Program lets selected businesses use automation in their actual working environment, measure the impact, then make an informed decision about continuing with Ordron.
A strong application has one defined workflow, people available to support discovery and testing, and a clear way to measure the result.
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Ordron confirms eligibility only after discovery and technical review.
These anonymised case studies use figures already published in Ordron’s case-study library. Client names remain withheld.

For an accepted pilot, Ordron does not charge an implementation fee for the one fixed-scope workflow set out in the signed agreement. This is not unrestricted free development. Any third-party software or usage costs are disclosed and agreed separately before work begins.
The evaluation period begins after the agreed solution has reached go-live and you have accepted it. Build, testing and acceptance happen first. The exact evaluation length, up to 90 days, is recorded in the pilot agreement.
Usually not. Ordron builds around the systems already in use. Feasibility depends on available APIs, exports, access controls and the workflow selected for the pilot.
You review the agreed success criteria and decide whether to continue. If you continue, the pre-agreed monthly retainer begins. There is no automatic paid subscription.
You can decline further service. Cancellation, access revocation, data export or deletion, and whether any part of the automation continues to operate are governed by the signed pilot agreement.
Yes. The future retainer, evaluation length, support arrangements and any third-party costs are agreed before implementation. You can assess the automation against a known commercial position.
No. The programme is selective. Ordron assesses the workflow, technical feasibility, access requirements, delivery capacity and whether the problem has clear success criteria before offering a pilot agreement.
The application form asks only for enough information to assess fit. Do not submit financial records or credentials. For accepted pilots, the signed agreement sets out system access, security responsibilities, data handling, retention and offboarding before implementation begins.
Tell us where the manual work sits. We only need a high-level description to assess fit. Do not send financial records or system credentials.
Applications are reviewed for scope, feasibility and fit before any pilot is offered.
